Gary L. Weller, D.D.S.
Although a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Dr. Gary Weller considers himself a true New Englander after 23 years in private practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

The key phrase to describe Dr. Weller's personality as well as that of his dental practice is "technology tempered by a gentle caring manner". A 1979 University of Michigan Dental School graduate, Dr. Weller employs laser dentistry in his cosmetic, implant and family practice. Laser dentistry is a more precise and comfortable method of tooth preparation and can reduce the amount of anesthetic required for many procedures. It allows greater and more conservative treatment options than traditional methods.

Dr. Weller's technological bent is evidenced by the fact that he worked as an airline pilot for both Eastern Airlines and US Airways while maintaining a thriving dental practice in Massachusetts. Although he is retired from the airlines and is completely devoted to dentistry in his Connecticut practice, many of his former patients and airline industry friends come to him from out of state for dental care. His patients take comfort in knowing that Dr. Weller is very honest with them in his treatment recommendations. Everything is carefully explained ahead of time including billing and treatment matters so that there are no surprises. Dr. Weller's goal is not to do "Extreme Makeovers" on every patient but to provide options that are appropriate and beneficial for long term dental health.

When not practicing dentistry or taking continuing dental education, Dr. Weller enjoys building fine furniture and working on and flying his 1948 Stinson airplane. His skills and quest for perfection as a dentist carry over to his avocation.

Dr. Weller is a member of the America Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, Academy of Laser Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Lee Paradis has worked as a registered dental hygienist and periodontal therapist since 1977. She has a strong commitment to oral hygiene and to provide progressive dental health services for our patients. Lee's goal is to make sure each patient gets a gentle but thorough cleaning and periodontal screening. By staying up to date on the latest technological advancements in dental hygiene, Lee provides her patients with the highest possible level of care. Her bubbly personality and advanced technical skills make Lee a warm and welcome addition to our office.

Paula Green
Paula Green has worked in the field of dentistry for 15 years in various administrative positions. As part of our management team and insurance coordinator, she will greet you with a friendly smile when you arrive for your appointment. Paula's goal is to provide you with the optimal patient care from scheduling your appointment to helping you with your financial arrangements, as well as addressing any other question or concerns. Paula truly has our patients' best interest in mind and goes out of her way to accommodate.

Monique Bennett
Monique Bennett is a certified dental assistant you will always find working side by side with Dr. Weller. Gentle and caring, Monique adds comfort and efficiency to your dental treatment. Monique's goal is to immediately put our patients in a comfort zone. Her vast knowledge of dental health and procedures as well as caring manner is what our patients and her team member comment about. Lauren Beaupre
Lauren Beaupre has worked as a registered hygienist for 6 years and has developed a loyal following, in part due to her warm, friendly nature, as well as her clinical and technical skills. Lauren genuinely cares for her patients and wants their experience in our office to be a pleasant one. Parents appreciate her patience and ability to foster confidence with their young and sometimes timid children.
